SurveyHost Report Packages

While most clients prefer to download the no-charge .csv file and do their own reporting, that isn’t the best fit for every organization. We offer two main options if you’d like reports:

• Basic Report Package: suitable for simple surveys where you just want a graphic/numeric overview of all survey questions.
• Custom Reports: best selection for more complex surveys or if you need to prepare specially tailored reports.

Basic Report Package includes:

• A PDF report giving overall results for the survey: counts and percentages shown both numerically and with bar graphs
• An optional PDF report showing one set of break-out reports: you might want to have an individual report for each department or region. We can create the same overall report broken out by one question in the survey (included in the basic package price)
• Open-ended comments will be listed in all reports, or excluded, as you prefer
• Excel spreadsheet sent at conclusion of project with all survey data

Custom Reports can include anything you like! Pie charts, scatter plots, 2D and 3D cross-tabs (banners), etc. Just provide your specifications and we’ll put together a quote.
