Features added in the
previous version SurveyPro 4

SurveyPro 4 combined all the functionality of SurveyPro 3.0, NetCollect 3.1, DirectCollect 3.1, and KeyCollect 3.0. In addition, we’ve added a respondent emailer and a number of other web survey features.

• Integrated Respondent Emailer
  • Send email invitations, reminders and thank you messages
  • Merge respondent data, such as the URL and password, into the email body or subject
  • One respondent database for all emails, mail merge, survey login control and piping data into online survey
  • Data cleaning tools to quickly resolve duplicate, bounced or invalid email addresses or passwords
  • HTML messages with text enhancements (fonts, bold, etc), plus an ASCII plain text backup
  • Set scheduled start time, batch size and sending rate
  • Configure multiple drops with messages tailored for particular respondent selections
  • Sends the mail through your SMTP email server for best performance
• Forced Sums – require that respondents make percentage answers sum to 100%, or other numeric values.
• Grid Must-Answer tests – require respondents check a minimum/maximum number of checkboxes in a column. Easily require "select your top 3" or "choose no more than 8" types of responses.
• Updated and improved Themes – easily apply attractive designs for progress bars, buttons, and screen colors. Jump start your design, and customize freely.
• Add a graphic line between Grid Scale Columns. When you have two columns in a grid, for example asking people to rate something and then assess its importance, new graphic lines will enable easily distinguishing between the two separate scales.
• Use Embedded Launch to let respondents click a link in an email and automatically start the survey with their password, then pause the survey and resume it using the same link. One setting turns the resume option on or off.
• Instant Online Reports and Activity Logs remain available after survey closes.
• Enforce number scale minimum and maximum values.
• Enforce date scale minimum and maximum values.
• Improved scripts provide faster web server response times for larger questionnaires.
